Oborevwori Marks Felix Morka’s 61st Birthday with Praise for His Impact

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Barr Felix Morka, on the occasion of his 61st birth anniversary.
